Utilising our own 'Project Success Model' as the benchmark, TDC's Project Success Review is a process of identifying, assessing and scoring 'key success factors' of a project.

Project Success Reviews ensure a higher chance for businesses to achieve better alignment to their objectives and greater 'success' in project outcomes going forward.

Undertaking this review upon project completion, clearly identifies to our clients areas for improvement and learnings from this review makes planning for your next project even easier.

Health Checks

Businesses commonly conduct 'pulse' checks across organisations as an indicator of how well segments of their businesses are operating. Applying this this thinking to projects is equally as important.

Checking on the 'health' of your project is an essential part of the project management process. TDC work with our clients to incorporate Health Checks into their projects at appropriate intervals and stages of the project lifecycle, so as to mitigate against project digressions and maximise cost benefits.

Project Recovery

Projects, despite good practices, regularly deviate from their intended path at various stages of the project management lifecycle. In acknowledgement of this, TDC have developed a Project Recovery process, to support our clients and quickly get their projects back on track.

Project Success Factors

'Key Success Factors' occur throughout your project's lifecycle and present marking points we believe are integral to the delivery of successful projects.

TDC has developed a measurement process which incorporates a rating scale for 8 key success factors. Depending on how ‘well’ each factor is executed, determines its score against our ideal.

TDC's years of experience in delivering projects, our formal training and research initiatives led us to further enhance the traditional best practice model for project management.

The sum of these efforts was to develop our own 'Project Success Model'. This model allows TDC to consistently follow a structured, documented process for our team of Project Consultants to follow when managing your projects.
